OUR STORY:

DIORTHONO (dee-or-THOH-no) — Greek: to repair and correct.

Diorthono was born from generations of wisdom passed down through the women in my family.

My grandmothers came from Greece and Sicily, carrying with them a shared belief: that nature provides some of the most powerful ingredients for nourishment, restoration, and renewal. Their knowledge, passed from mother to daughter, became the foundation of what would eventually become Diorthono.

For more than 56 years, Grosse Pointe, Michigan has been my home. It is where I learned the value of integrity, craftsmanship, and creating products that genuinely make a difference.

WHERE IT ALL BEGAN:

The inspiration for Diorthono came from a deeply personal moment. While cooking, my grandmother accidentally exposed her hand to boiling water. Drawing upon the remedies and formulations I had learned through generations of family tradition, I carefully applied a blend of ingredients throughout the night. By morning, her skin appeared calmer, more comfortable, and less distressed. In the days that followed, it looked smoother, healthier, and visibly renewed. That experience reinforced what I had always believed: when supported with carefully selected ingredients, skin has a remarkable capacity for renewal. What began as an act of love became the foundation of Diorthono.
