    • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened or used, including but not limited to: skincare, ointments, or personal care products.
    • Gift cards or downloadable content are non-refundable.

  3. How to Return:

    • You will receive a return authorization and instructions for shipping the product back.

  4. Refund Process:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
    • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
    • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.

  5. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately at diorthonohealing@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
    • Please include photos of the damage or defect in your email.

  6. Exchanges:

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please follow the return process, and we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

  7. Shipping:

    • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
